CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

YOGA

Gentle - This slower paced practice is a restorative form of yoga recommended for beginners. Emphasis is on breath work, meditation & stretching. Establishes the foundation of yoga practice.

Wellness - Brings a healthy balance of the mind, body, & spirit that results in an overall feeling of mental and physical well-being. Some yoga experience is recommended, but can be modified to all fitness levels.

Power - Physically demanding class combines advanced level poses & flowing techniques to increase strength, flexibility & breath Yoga experience is highly required.

Chakra - Embrace your spiritual side with this holistic yoga class that helps to balance the energies within your body. Each class will focus on a different Chakra that will take you through a process of rejuvenation and awakening. Join one class or come for a series of classes to reach optimal health.

Kundalini - Kundalini Yoga offers a wide variety of techniques to help cultivate a healthy relationship with shuniya. This class features extended meditations using breath, movement, mudra, and mantra to penetrate deeply rooted resistances such as stress, fear, anger, greed, lust, and attachment.

Yoga Rock - Innovative new class incorporating high energy yoga movement, weight lifting and your favorite rock music. This class will give you the energy to get you thru this ultra intense workout leading you to a rock hard body. Rock on!

PILATES

Gentle Pilates - Beginner Pilates class concentrates on body alignment while loosening joints, increasing coordination and balance.

Power Ball Pilates - Tone and strengthen the powerhouse muscles by combining the Pilates principles of core control and stabilization with the instability of the Power Ball.

ASIAN FUSION

Chi-Gong - An ancient Chinese health practice that balances the bodies Chi (energy) level by combining breath control and movement, thus reducing stress which in turn will strengthen the immune system. Regular practice can also help with blood circulation, fatigue, respiration, strengthening bones & tendons, increased joint mobility, and improve posture.

Tai Chi Ruler & Tai Chi Chuan - Both a martial art and health practice, Tai Chi Chuan is one of china's most popular forms of therapeutic movement. Similar to Chi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan improves circulation of Chi by performing slow and relaxed movements while focusing on the breath. Tai Chi Ruler is a rare form of moving meditation practice, which employs the use of a wooden cylindrical shaped tool.

Bring out the Champion in you! Learn to defend yourself while experiencing a cardio conditioning exercise class. All levels are welcome and each guest will experinece one on one attention from a boxing champion who will push you to your limits with a fun full body workout. You will learn to Box, Kick Box, and train like a real champion!

Hip Hop Abs

Intense abdominal workout to the beats of your favorite hip hop music. This fun upbeat class will help dance your way toward a flatter toned stomach.
