This pillow is also perfect for sitting above the clients head during face massage. It is 2" higher than the mat allowing for more leverage and comfort for the therapist. It can also be placed beside the mat under the clients arm for support during massage work with the arms at 90 degrees to the clients body. The meditation pillow is also ideal for use under the clients head, place it in a pillow case for cleanliness between clients. It is an especially good height for the clients comfort in Side-Lying position.
