As the days get shorter and the air gets cooler, we tend to spend more time indoors – and that’s exactly where nasty germs and airborne illnesses thrive. The good news is that there are plenty of ways to stay healthy this cold and flu season.

Here are 5 simple (immune boosting and germ fighting) tips to stay cold and flu free this winter:

1. Fight cold and flu viruses with Vitamin-C rich foods

Vitamin-C is our cold and flu fighting hero. Fresh, organic, fruits and veggies give us the nutrients we need to keep our immune system strong and healthy.
