Let’s face it, in todays fast-paced world we tend to get caught up in the moment and forget to take some time for ourselves. After a long day, running a hot bath and lighting some candles just might be the fix you need.

Bath salts are the perfect add-in to creating a relaxing & peaceful spa day at home. Take it a step further by mixing in a few drops of lavender oil to create an aromatherapy experience, that will eliminate stress, ease muscle pain and reduce anxiety. This easy to make mixture will help you distress even on your busiest days.

Here’s what you will need:

  • 3 cups Epsom salt
  • 2 cups sea salt
  • 2 tbsp lavender oil
  • 1/2 cup baking soda

First mix together the two salts into a large bowl. Then add in your lavender oil (you can swap this out for another scent like jasmine). Add in your baking soda and continue mixing until you reach a clump free texture. You can store this in any jar or bottle to your liking. Enjoy!
